The Alumni Banquet, sponsored by the Boothbay Region Alumni Association, will be held Sunday, June 4 at 6 p.m. in the Boothbay Region Elementary School gym.

There will be a guest speaker at the banquet. The BRHS senior class will be guests of the Alumni Association and will be admitted free of charge. This banquet is extended to parents of the graduates and Boothbay Region High School Alumni only; no children please!

Tickets must be purchased in advance -- before June 2 -- and will not be sold at the door. Please make checks payable to the Boothbay Region Alumni Association for $15 per person.

Tickets are available in the BRHS main office or by contacting Lynn Gilley Martin, 380-5729 or email biscay@myfairpoint.net; Ann Reed, 633-5239; or Kathy Page, 633-3282. Tickets will be available May 1 through June 1.

Parents are asked to please bring a dessert to share, this allows us to keep the cost of the banquet reasonable.

The Graduation Ball, also sponsored by the Alumni Association, will be held Friday, June 9 in the BRHS gym. The Grand March will begin at 8 p.m. Parents or representatives in the “Parade of Parents” are guests of the Alumni Association, and will be admitted free of charge. Please be in the BRHS library no later than 7:30 p.m. Enter the lobby, take the stairs to your right, at the top of the stairs turn left; the library is down the hall.

At 7:45 p.m., parents will line up in preparation for the “Parade of Parents” into the gymnasium. Seating will be reserved for you.

Parents are encouraged to take photos, but please use discretion. Please remain in your seats until the March is complete.

Admission for the Graduation Ball is $5 per person. Cash only …Tickets are not sold in advance, nor reserved seating available. Doors open at 7 p.m.
