There is a new place to store all those things you don’t have room for in your home, garage, basement, or attic. Ronnie Campbell of Boothbay Harbor has opened a new storage facility at 20 Industrial Park Road in Boothbay.

Campbell bought the land for the business, A.C. Midcoast Storage, last fall. When finished there will be two buildings with a total of 144 units, both cold storage and heated.

One building is completed with 72 cold storage units, and the second, which will offer propane-heated units, is in the works. Campbell said that one will be ready by around July 1. 

There will be several sizes available – from 5 feet by 5 feet up to 10 feet by 15 feet.

The business was started with Campbell's and his wife Jaime's children, Brianna, 6, and Brody, 1, in mind. Campbell said they wanted “something to leave them.”

On-site cameras are in place for added security.
