Reminder: The Library will be closed today Tuesday, February 28, 2017 while the staff is trained in use of MILS, the new library management system.

The first day of training went very smoothly. There is a lot to learn. The staff are very excited that the Library will be going live with the new card catalog on Monday and the new options for patrons on Tuesday.

The new system will allow patrons to log in to their account at home, check their account status, renew items, order interlibrary loans and have access to all of the materials owned by the libraries on MILS. Items not available on MILS may be ordered from MaineCat catalog. Millions of titles will be available with a click of a button.
