Today at Spruce Point Inn...

Good morning!

A few clouds early, otherwise mostly sunny. High 68F. Winds WSW at 10 to 20 mph. Low 46F. Clear night. Great conditions for photos.

Explore the shops and galleries of downtown Boothbay Harbor today. Visit Coastal Maine Popcorn for sweet or savory snacks. Light lunch at Blue Moon Cafe or for something more substantial, Boat House Bistro.

Monhegan Island is the recommended adventure today. Board the Balmy Days at 9 am and return at 4:15 pm. The Cliff Trail and Ship Wreck are a great choice for moderate to advanced hiking. But, there are plenty of options...from beginner to advanced. Or, just enjoy the shops, galleries, and restaurants on the island. Stop in at Monhegan Brewery Company located on the way to the ship wreck. Try the Dead Man's Cove Black IPA. Very good!

For your ready reference, we've prepared a complimentary mobile app for you with suggestions and itineraries. Download from the App Store or Google Play. And, click on the "Experience" section of the app.

Breakfast is served in Bogies from 8 to 11 am. A lite lunch is available for order at the reception desk in the hotel lobby and our evening dining venues are open from 5 pm to 10 pm.

Enjoy your day!
