Looking to add some new dishes to your dinner routine? Parents, beginners in the kitchen and established cooks who are looking to expand their flavor profiles are all invited to "Eggs Aren't Just For Breakfast." The class will be cotaught by cooking enthusiasts Donna Ames, Wendelanne Augunas and Linda Zeigler at the Picker Family Resource Center on Thursday, April 24, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

In this class students will learn to use ingredients they already have on hand to make egg-based dishes that are delicious at any meal. "Eggs Aren't Just For Breakfast" is part of "Simple & Delicious," a new cooking series cosponsored by the Picker Center and Zing! The series also includes "Smoothies, Healthy Snacks & Desserts," which will be held on Thursday, May 22 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Attend one or both of these classes to learn how to make simple, healthy recipes that are inexpensive and delicious!

Zing! is a positive, encouraging program that helps children and their families learn healthy habits. Zing! works with children ages 6 to18 who have been referred by their doctor's office because of weight and health concerns.
