Being a caregiver involves unique challenges that can take their toll physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Please join Kno-Wal-Lin’s social worker Lauren Armstrong, LSW and chaplain Stephen J. White, D.Min. to learn practical tips and available community resources to support and nurture your needs when you are caring for someone else. Since you can’t give from an empty cup, make sure yours stays full!

Health Matters with Kno-Wal-Lin are community talks that explore the ways in which home health and community services can promote one's best health and well-being at home.

Events take place at the Picker Family Resource Center on the 2nd Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. Space is limited. Please call 921-8950 to register. Attendees are invited to bring their lunch. Beverages and dessert will be provided.
