Our topic for our December gathering is Coping with the Holidays. We are a group of family members and friends of people with memory loss and dementia. Our monthly interactive and supportive conversation is facilitated by the professional staff of The Lincoln Home. All who have friends or loved ones with dementia are invited to attend one or all of our monthly meetings.

We are not meant to face these challenges alone. Sometimes, the greatest difficulty for a family caregiver is be able to take a little time away from home for Self-care. We hope you are able to get out during the cold weather to join our warm community gathering. We promise... it really does help. Snacks and coffee are served.
